I've seen Tang mentioned a million times on Discord and here as a coach we should be going after if/when Muss leaves, but can someone explain to me why? He's only been a head coach 2 years and both have been fairly pedestrian records, what am I missing?

Beard has to be your #1 and only. Go to his house. Make him leave with you and a signed contract.
Will Wade is a great recruiter and very good reg season coach, but is subpar in March.
Tang is a total wildcard. He got an underdog to the elite 8 one time... That's about it. That hire screams Mike Anderson 2.0.

Muss was making $4.2M, Beard was making $3.25 and got a raise to $3.35. I'm sure he'd leave for $4M+.

Barnes and pearl make close to 6. That’s the kind of money we need to throw at a sure thing like beard.
With the CBP hire HY has shown he doesn’t give AF about a checkered past.

Thoughts on Stackhouse? I liked him at Vandy. I think he could be good at a better program.
