I think you can blame Saban for not using Henry.

It's called getting a feel for the game. Taking what the defense gives you. The defense in the AU game was giving us the pass, particularly on third and one and fourth and one. The defense in the OU game was giving us the run particularly with Henry.

i think nuss's thoughts are, he wants to throw the ball regardless of how well we are pounding the ball down the opponents throat. absolutely devastating them with the run game, is last on his list.

If I remember correctly, Henry had to break a few tackles on his runs. That doesn't tell me OU was giving UA the run.

We used the same rotation at RB as we've used all season, just subbing Henry for Drake, so I don't get the criticism. Sure, Henry looked awesome, but Yeldon was no slouch for most of his touches, so it wasn't like Yeldon just wasn't performing and we stuck with him.

Yes Henry broke a couple tackles. But did OU stop him? I remember one stuffed run by Henry. One.

RBs have to do that from time to time. We didn't have an RB all year that had big YAC numbers. Henry proved to be the missing link.

Against Auburn, all you had to do was get one damn yard and you could run the clock out. You should be able to run for one yard against anyone. That came down to execution. We shot ourselves in the foot with penalties in that game. That wasn't because of playcalling.

With the talent we've recruited on defense, 31 points should be enough to win any game.
