We wasted one of our best receiving units in years. It's not the refs fault that our offense is a three and our machine

Yea fine go on thinking we were screwed. It's a defeatist attitude that makes you look whiny and childlike, but by all means, the refs lost us this game.

I cant even be mad at this one. Injuries and lack of coaching adjustments killed us

One thing I found slightly disturbing was, Clemson a LOT of the time knew what Bama was doing.

Their coaches were calling out Bama's coverage like it was nothing. Ben Boulware several times knew the play Bama was running before the ball was snapped.

They picked apart the play calls...

It was definitely something I was surprised to see considering the coaching change leading up to this game

Spare me that. They wasted themselves dropping balls like their were hot molten rocks or something.

Oh and Dieter is a disgrace.

Said it on Twitter, I hate being reminded what a glass cannon Bo is. It's even worse when you're reminded in the NC game.

He WAS the gameplan, he was the dynamic factor. Without him, they went to safe Jalen plays and it was like handing Clemson the playbook.

Let's just sit back and remember AJ. Or Blake Sims, a QB that progressed instead of regressed as a passer over the course of a season. I get that Hurts is young, it's just so hard not to be pissed. He looked so promising early in the year and now it seems like the only time he throws downfield is when he throws it away on those stupid roll-outs that go no-where.

I didn't say they were the only reason. I have pointed out many.

Btw, discounting reality doesn't make you brave, tough or whatever no differently then me pointing out the reality makes me a pussy or what dumb insult people contrive.

The reality was they were pushing and getting away with it. They were running illegal pick routes and getting away with it. They weren't even getting penalties called for all the holding late. Yet they were slaughtering is with calls.

That personal foul call on Payne was absolute bullshite. I worst it should have been a foul on both players canceling.... not another 15 yard boost.

Bo getting hurt, and our offense not staying on the field for shite just killed us man. Defense played 90+ plays. Insane.

The game was so frustrating. It seemed like Clemson was begging us to attack them with the pass and we just couldn't. I said it earlier but I might need repeating. Our best pass of the night was thrown by a WR.

I really hope Jalen takes a massive step this offseason. I don't want to rely on another true freshman next fall

You can't win a national title with a qb that can't throw the ball down field. You just can't. You play a defense that can somewhat contain the running game and you're screwed.

If they were getting away with calls then so were we. It's football. Ticky tack calls are made multiple times in every game. Over come that shite. Refs weren't singling us out.

Mitch Hyatt is a monster at LT, wasn't surprised much.

But then they flip him over to the dude Anderson was stealing lunch money from, and then nothing.

Damien Harris was doing fine. Not sure why we decided that Hurts was the answer.

If Tua is better, then he is better. We will see, Hurt's youth did not cost him today, it was ability.
EDIT: Not saying he can't get better.

Damien was our go-to before last game so why did we suddenly clam up when Bo got hurt. And we barely gave Jacobs the ball even though he was picking up yardage with the few touches he had.
