What was Washington's Dline doing when we were running for basically 300 yards? Were they owning them?

Take away the 68 yard run by Bo and take away Jalen's 33 yard run. (101 yards). We ran the ball 48 times for 168. That's 3.8 avg per run. UDub's DL played well tonight.

I'd argue that the majority of runs by Bo were made by Bo. He broke a shite ton of tackles tonight.

We will have to lean heavily on our Alaconda defense to squeeze the life out of Watson and Clemson.

Can't wait to bump this thread when we put up 400+ yards of offense on Clemson again.

Again, we have the players to dominate them. We just need Lane to call the right game plan like he did last year.

Come out running with Bo, give Hurts some easy throws to start the game, play action passes, etc.

Three defenders hit him behind the LOS on that long run. The O line play was terrible tonight, there is simply on way to lipstick that pig. The fact that we ran for 300 yards is a testament to individual effort.

Funky what game did you watch today ?

The offense looked totally lost. If someone asked me what the game plan was I wouldn't even be able to tell them.

Calvin Ridley had one catch. Stewart ran the ball out of the backfield once, and that cost us big.

OJ had his drop.

Hurts missed a WR ten yards away that didn't have a defender within ten yards.

When we were running it down their throats Kiffin would immediately call three passing plays to end any momentum/drive.

We had the ball 765 times starting on their side of the fifty only to punt every single time.

I could literally go on and on but damn man.... it was a total shite show out there today. Without the Pick 6 we are sweating bullets to the bitter end.

Saban told Lane to dick around so no one would be complacent heading into next week. 3D chess.

Yeah. I'd make the argument that the 3rd Quarter was the worst offensive Quarter of Saban's tenure at UA. It was that bad and Kiffin continues his atrocious playcalling.

clemson looked good tonight, but just how good really. this tosu team wouldnt even be in this game except for the bigten refs and it showed, big time. they didnt belong in this game. washington would have drilled tosu tonight.

bama/clemson rematch will be a great game

According to PFF, 132 of Bo's 180 yards came after contact. The OL didn't play well at all.

We actually played very vanilla on offense today.

We had one jet sweep and it was in the 4th quarter.

I'm not saying that we played a great game, but we did run the ball well. How can you even argue against that with out literally negating some of our biggest rushing plays?

We definitely have some cleaning up to do, but to think that we will play an awful offensive game against Clemson because we struggled in certain areas against Washington is something that is just disagree with. Pittsburg put up 450 yards of offense against Clemson, At Clemson. If they can have great success against them, I know we can

I am confident in our coaching staff to come out with a good offensive game plan against Clemson like they did last year. They are familiar with game planning against Clemson and Venables.

Furthermore, I just refuse to piss my pants out of fear because Clemson beat up on a severely overrated OSU team that really didn't even belong in the playoff.

Skill players regularly made great plays in spite of, rather than because of the O line.

It really isn't difficult to understand.

Actually that is a great point. Bo had to break tackles at the LOS to make those runs. lol

Look people... Clemsons DL is no joke.

Stop the pre-melt.

We'll be fine.

I'd argue that this doesn't matter. One year Georgia Southern ate our defense for lunch (for the most part). It was an abnormality.

I genuinley think the Bama D will take to this rematch like the 2009 Florida game. If not for OJ Howard having a coming out party and Saban making risky choices, that loss would be placed right at their feet.

I really think the D will play as hard as they have all season and it will hopefully be glorious.

Okay, what about giving up 400 yards of offense to TROY?
