They've been a team on a mission to get another shot at Bama and they've got it. Watson will play possessed and take over the game like he did last year only this year he will have Mike Williams to throw it to over Hump. Our defense will hold their own, but with our offense sucking arse and Kiffin not giving a shite, I worry they will score enough to beat us. Dabo may not be the greatest tactical coach, but he's damn good at motivating and his team loves him. To repeat, we'll have to earn it. We're in for a war.

They've been a national champion level team this year and last. It should be another great game

If our offense doesn't get its shite together quick, Clemson will beat us.

It will be a war and '08-'09 has already crossed my mind. We're on the verge of some real history. Just hope we play our best.

Going to be kinda like the 09 SEC Championship Game for Clemson. They worked all year to get another shot at the team that ended their perfect season.

Hopefully, Bama does a much better job then Florida did in that 09 SEC Championship Game.

So true. Plus Saban has no motivational type angles to use this week. no more "never again", etc.
Bama will just have to out execute Clemson.

Been saying to watch out for Clemson bc Watson would run the ball more in playoffs and that offense would be better.

Hurts looked awful today. Needs to show up big.

That's all good and fine, but I guarantee you that our defense in a way views last years game against them as a personal loss. They will be out to prove something just as much as Watson and Clemson. I also think that Pruitt's defensive style will be much more effective against Clemson than Kirby's was.

Clemson is dominating because OSU's offense is not very good. They have struggled against good, and some bad defenses all year. Our defense is better than OSU's and our offense is too. I think it will be a good game, but I definitely don't think we will lose.

Same performance from our OL, Hurts, and Kiffin will equal a double digit loss to Clemson. No doubt about it.

Also special teams have been shite since Eddie went down so mark that off the list of things we used to be good at.

Wow you guys are shaking in your boots because Clemson is pounding an overrated OSU team that didn't even win their conference

No, because our offense looked worse than it has all season today against a team nowhere near as good as Clemson.

Our saving grace is our defense. I know we said the same thing last year, but the pass rushers on this years team are better, and the defense as a whole is faster.

Clemson is on a mission, but so is Bama.

Offensively, we've got to establish the run and take care of the ball.

What scares me about Clemson is
1. Watson- His throwing and running ability makes him extremely difficult to stop
2. The weapons around Watson
3. Clemson's size and strength on the OL and DL
4. Their DBs have size and play physical with opposing team receivers
5. Our OL vs Their DL (if we can win this matchup and limit pressure, which is not out of reach, I think we win the game).

In order to win, Bama needs to be able to run the ball down their throat and now more than ever, play a superb game defensively. This cannot be a repeat 2015 Clemson or 2015/2016 Ole Miss. Giving up 40-45 or more will result in a L for us. We have GOT to play great defense-no questions.

Unlike the 2015 team, I don't think our 2016 Bama team can win a shootout with these guys. We simply don't have the firepower offensively.

We ran the ball for 300 and something yards

Clemsons DBs aren't near as good as Washington's

At this point they'd be the heavy favorite against anyone in the country.... not named Alabama.

This will be the greatest challenge of the year and I can't wait. If this defense can shut down Watson like their 2014 counter parts couldn't, and the offense can put up points on the Tigers, I would be willing to name this Saban's best team here period, better than 09 or 12.

One thing is for sure.... ESPN is going to milk this for all it's worth. An epic rematch and the underdog looks hot. Going to be a LONG week.

Anyone here really think our OL is going to hold up vs their DL ?

Washington... WASHINGTON owned that OL today.

Bama could be a underdog in this game by the time the game kicks off. Bama will probably open as a 3-4 point favorite.

What was Washington's Dline doing when we were running for basically 300 yards? Were they owning them?

If you need extra motivation for a national title game, you have bigger issues than Clemson.
