LSU defensive coordinator John Chavis will remain with the Tigers

Multiple sources reported Sunday that LSU defensive coordinator John Chavis was a possible candidate for the available DC job at Texas A&M.

Derek Ponamsky with ESPN Baton Rouge is now reporting that Chavis will be staying at LSU.

Miles better do everything possible to keep Chavis. Without Chavis Les's tenure at LSU is over.

Looks like Larry and a lot of other people are having problems with reading comprehension. Derek Ponamsky has not reported anywhere (yet) that Chavis is staying at LSU.

This had bullshite all over it from the get go. The Chief is one of the most loyal coaches out there. That said, glad he is at LSU.
