According to Spotrac, LSU wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. should reportedly sign a four-year, fully guaranteed $14.6M contract with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The contract will include a $7.4M signing bonus and a 5th-year option in 2028.

The agonizing this is that the signing bonus of $7.4M is more like $2.1M after taxes and agent fees. $2.1M is nothing to throw away ofcourse, but it's painful to experience what one has to give up before it even hits his bank account.
