Going to take a cruise next month from Tampa thru the Panama
Canal on to Seattle. Stops in Grand Cayman, Cartagena Colombia, Puntarenas Costa Rica and Cabo. Any rec's on must see/eats?? :geauxtigers:...

I-20 becomes I-10 163 miles east of ElPaso. Stop at Cattlemans Steak House for a great meal about 25 miles east of ElPaso.
I-10 thru New Mexico and southern Arizona is pretty easy.
Stay on I-10 until you get to I-8 and take it to SanDiego.
Take PCH north to LA. Beautiful. Go to the Hearst Castle ...
