LSU forward Tyrell Ward announced on social media that he will return to the team next season.

Ward, a 6-6 sophomore from Washington, D.C., played in 31 games this season, with ten starts. He averaged 9.1 points and shot 41.3 percent from 3-point range.

This is pretty huge. His improvement from year 1 to year 2 was a good leap. If he can take the next step and put on some more weight, he'll be a big part of the squad next year.

I will say it now, LSU will be in the big dance next year. Really good talent coming in and CMM is not done yet. Wards all in, this team will be very good next year. GEAUX TIGERS!

Because some people were wondering because he was draft eligible and he was starting to come on string and is a former five star recruit with a lot of talent that we needed to come back that's why
