LSUDAT10, Driving up Sat morning, have my 2 boys (10/12) and the wife with me. Do we go to Keeneland or do we go grab some lunch downtown (where do we recommend) and try to find a tailgate?

So this year it might be hard to go to Keeneland as it’s sold out and I’m reading that they’re capping the general admission. I don’t think it would be difficult to find GA tix, but I will highly recommend trying to get the family in to see the races if possible. They start at 1 and end at 5 pm. Kickoff at 7:30 ET. I wrote about the best restaurants on the first page. If you can’t get in to Keeneland, take the family to the distillery district. Pizza, ice cream, outdoor area. Also there’s The Summit at Fritz Farm (like Perkins Rowe lifestyle center type a thing) but it’s struggling with covid.
My crew is going to the bourbon trail tomorrow, Keeneland Saturday, game Saturday night. We will just walk around tailgates before kickoff.
