Dang! I would love to see what the Old Revetments looked like. I would imagine all of the rocks would be visible with the tide that low. When I was a kid the rocks were all visible, all of the time, even with an extreme high tide. Not anymore. 60+ years of silt and settlement have made them more of a navigation hazard than a fish haven.

Waterline on the ship channel rocks was below them several feet. Buddy and his crew pulled out 25 sheets of tin around his dock wearing knee boots.
