No 2 different surgeons the first is much older and did not offer the stem cellls but the new surgeon is in his 30's and was highly recommending the stem cells for the recovery. They pulled the stuff out when i was under for the surgery then put it in that machine to clean it and whatever then right when they stitched me up they did the stem cell injections. Then went to physical therapy 3 days a week but also did the same stuff at home 4-5 times a day. I think the stem cell cost me around 6k but it was so worth it

Some surgeons I work with use to use the PRP all the time. But they eventually stopped because of the cost and inconclusive results.
