I agree with all of that.
And Asgard is correct about there actually being a way in the budget process to make necessary cuts...but the majority of the politicians in Baton Rouge don't have the will.

Yeah because Louisiana does not produce politicians that have national ambitions. Other states do that. We produce politicians that go to prison for greed and corruption. Viva Louisiana
