Yes, I have heard of Billy Cannon. So have you.

Faulk's place in LSU record books is unequaled. And, if LSU had been in a national championship or SEC championship mode, had the program not suffered for so long in Hallman's years, Faulk well might have won or competed for a Heisman.

I remember he was a pre-season candidate heading into that disasterous 1998 season. If there is one season I would like to erase from my memory, its that one. 1999 was bad but atleast we knew Dinardo would be fired.
