JJ has to learn to step up in the pocket.
But for the kind of $$$$ we payin our coaches they better be producing.
I dont want to say it but I heard a story about Saban; on the bus ride home from winning the national championship he made his assistants come in the next day early to start work for the upcoming season.
We need a cyborg like dedication to excellence like that. Like the terminator
