If we keep BI, we need a real PG.
This real PG talk is so annoying. Name these real PGs? Who are the best real PGs in the league?

There’s one available in FA if we want to grab him. tyus jones who won’t cost a lot.
12ppg on 49% shooting with 7.3 assists with the wizards. Also shot 40% on 3s with 4 attempts per game.

Haliburton, Maxie, and Connely come to mind, honestly Jrue could have worked.. Obviously there is a cost. But a real Point (no designation on being a guard, forward, or center) dictates pace offensively and defensively, has elite ball handling, distributes the ball on-time, and preferably can shoot above the arc and have a little length.. It's also the most demanding position, from a conditioning perspective, on a basketball team. Pels had no one that checked all the boxes.
Outcome the past 3 seasons is why were BI and Zion scoring less than 50 points a game? That didn't rank up with any of the top duos. That number always should have been closer to 60 points. This was under both Coaches SVG and WG, although it continued to slide under Coach Green. I believe having BI and operate as full-time primary ballhandlers takes away from their effectiveness as scorers/finishers. Just my 2 cents.

Three of the final four teams in the playoffs have "real" PG's that can run an offense, control the tempo, and get their best players open shots. Especially in clutch time when you need to execute at a high level
Murray
Conley
Haliburton
