There were a ton of teenagers and overall people there this week than any year before. Any reason why?

Even more than the "Great Spring Break of '98"?

It's widely known that 30A saw upwards of 8-10 million spring breakers that year, eclipsing all other records.

Were you able to look around and see all the building going on down there? On 30A, on 98 and across 98. It gets worse every year.

It was Spring Break in the Atlanta area public schools this past week. 30A locals call it “Hell Week.” Apparently, ATL area kids are the worst behaved of the kids who pass through the area for Spring Break. Been monitoring the Walton County Sheriff’s office posts on FB. It appears that many of the teens (the locals are all in agreement that it’s teenagers, not college students) are allowed to go to 30A unsupervised. Either their parents accompany them, but let them run freely, or they rent a house and a car for the week, and hand the kids the keys, and their credit card.
