“Racial Inequity” is one of the most self-destructive ideas to EVER come down the pike and implemented. Whites and Asians are smarter. Sorry, not sorry.

Only matters when the numbers disproportionately exclude (if it is something good) or include black people (when it is something bad).

Everyone knows poor family culture leads to poor performing kids. But scale culture up to larger groups and people lose their minds.
