Did it at ~26. Coming up on 10 years. Best money I've ever spent.
Process was so simple. Recovery wasn't bad, sleep 3/4 days and try to keep eyes closed. 2 hours after the procedure, I remember looking at a clock and realizing I could actually read it!
I haven't had any significant changes to my eyes since. My left eye is maybe -.25 now, but not enough of an issue to need glasses or anything of the sort.
If they change at all in the future, I'll absolutely look to do it again.
As always, be sure to go to a good/reputable eye doctor.

I started using readers when I was 55+. Then I started wearing glasses and no longer needed readers, or just the 1.0's.
When I turned 66, I couldn't see at a distance. Kept getting stronger and stronger glasses. It got to where I avoided driving because I couldn't read the signs on the Interstate. If I knew where I was going, I was ok, but driving at night or trying to determine what lane I needed to be in to merge/exit became scary.
2 cataract surgeries later, I can see the leaves on trees, can read Interstate signs and menus on the wall in fast food restaurants.
Downside is that I had to bring back the readers, 2.50+. Not a problem.
Asked the doctor after the first surgery (took an hour with the eye drop prep taking most of the time) about making the next a "near vision" lens and he said that sometimes one eye will correct. One did.
My only complaint. It screwed up my golf game for a while and I have some depth perception problems.
