I'm beginning to have my doubts. The announcers were saying how Florida has been having trouble with the zone and once we switched we made the comeback. Why did he wait so long before making switch? I do like how this team plays; they fight hard. LSU has had a tough SEC slate so far, and I see them putting up a few more wins in league. These coaches have forgotten more about basketball than I will even know, but in the end I think it boils down to how much talent is on roster. CMM deserves couple more seasons that should give him sometime to develop a little more roster continuity, and will determine if he will be successful at LSU.

C'mon man...if a team doesn't play hard for a coach, that coach shouldn't be the head of any team. What's next..."well, he shows up for all the games!" McMahon does not deserve a couple more seasons. Sssssooo, in other words, you see a flailing coach and then say give him a couple of more seasons. No one should get more time than is required to display their abilities to win. He is having that chance right now and last season. Either he is showing the recruiting and game day coaching to ensure longevity at LSU or he isn't. I have seen nothing in almost 2 years at LSU to see any potential for McMahon in the SEC to be successful.
