Grand Strand - basically North Myrtle Beach to Pawleys Island. I live on Pine Lakes Country Club in Myrtle Beach, been a member for 20 years. It's called "The Granddaddy" since it's the oldest course in the area, opened in 1927.
80 courses within an hour away. You can play year round here, not many days you can't play if you really want to - just wear some layers, gloves, hat etc. Not as hot as Florida in the heat of the summer. Yesterday was 60 degrees, sunny, no wind.
