How old and fit/strong are you? Provide some phys details of your current condition and historical back problems/injuries if any
In all sincerity - try sitting on the floor for 20 minutes, building up in 5 minute increments. You will need to change your leg positions, roll over on to your stomach, get up for a while to take a break, etc. I’ve begun to make a conscious effort to do this going on ~6 months. It is a great stretch/light training exercise for your back. I’ve encouraged my whole family to take their morning coffee sitting on the floor. This morning I woke with back stiffness from yesterday’s squat workout, my first in a week or so. Now sitting on the floor for appx an hour taking coffee and reading. Give it a try
I’m 44 yo, 5’-8” 193 lbs. fairly fit, luckily quite mobile (ie stretchy) for my age
