Spot on!!! It’s impossible to argue hoards of people voted against Trump when he brought 13 million NEW voters to the Republican Party.

Only people buying into propaganda would believe such a thing.

Let’s say 6 million of those New Republican votes previously voted for Obama as part of his all time high of 69 million votes.

So, Joe has a staring point of 63 million voters… and some how, garnered 18 million NEW voters while putting a lid on his entire campaign.

It’s pure delusion!

Whether you meant it or not your posts reads like sarcasm. Both you (assuming not sarcasm) and the OP are misconstruing the concept that people voted against Trump. Trump is one of the most polarizing figures in 21st-century US national politics. People either love him or hate him and there are very few people that are ambivalent towards him as a person. Those high-attendance rallies and the boat and car parades are part of the reasons that people got off their arse and voted for someone that they normally wouldn't have. It is very much like a lot of people voted against Hillary in 2016.

I don't know how anyone can be so oblivious to the visceral hate a large part of the population has regarding Trump. Hell, it is a big part of the draw for people that love him. One of the things his fans like is he constantly sticks needles in the eyes of those who oppose him.

In 2016 he needed that edge to win, well played. In 2020 that edge is what sunk him, if he wins the nomination and loses again that edge will be the sword that makes the slice.
