A toddler who refuses to shite in the toilet is pretty high up there.
Eventually they get hungry enough to eat. Nothing stopping them from hiding in another room and blowing up their pants.

I can remember seeing my now 5 year old when he was two squatting trying to hide behind his art easel in the playroom. Asked him what he was doing, and he says "I not pooping"
