Saturday circuit:
20x bosu hip drops
10x each s. leg dead lift
20x bosu squats
10x squats
Mix in your favorite core exercises between each leg exercise for extra work! (Also the video is slightly sped up so it wasn’t boring. Do these exercises at a normal pace!!)
Repeat 3x 30-60 seconds rest in between. Have fun!
