I do have an external hard drive. It’s relatively empty and fortnite is installed on the regular storage device. I tried to swap it over to the external device but it didn’t move...

We’ve dealt with that issue before, but this is different. Not the same problem. My younger son has his own Xbox in his room and he updated and isn’t having that issue....

My son’s Xbox won’t let him (or me) play or uninstall Fortnite. Every other game and app works fine. I’ve cleared local saved data and have plenty room on the storage device. Whenever I click on the icon for it to play it does nothing for a couple of seconds then pops up with a ‘we are getting your ...
