Took wife, 11yr and 8yr old to Winter park, co for spring break this year. It was great. Good lodging, ski schools, not far from Denver airport. Great place to learn...

Cold turkey... just have to realize the first 2 weeks are going to be really tough. Have something to try and distract the cravings, exercise, run, eat breath mints, sunflower seeds,anything to try and distract you from the cravings. I quit several years ago and having a can of breath mints on hand ...
