I came home from vacation the other day to find that last week's storms had blown a tree limb onto my house, bending the gutter and knocking it a bit loose. Does anyone have any recommendations for someone to call so I can see if this is something I can have repaired vs. replaced? Thanks....

The "Wyoming measure" would be unconstitutional under the Supremecy Clause. The 10th Amendment doesn't give state's the ability to decide which federal laws will apply. But, at least it wouldn't result in a huge waste of taxpayer money defending it in courts like all the stupid stuff that apparent...
