atleast 50k out of town people attend A-day.
50k people buy gas, food, lodging. Its a huge money maker for Tuscaloosa.. Not quite a home game.. Not far off though.
Free admission.. But most of the 100k will buy concessions, programs etc.. UA is getting their money too..

Other schools charge like 5 dollars! Do you really think that will change things much? The City of Tuscaloosa should donate 5 dollars a head to UA.. for having the Aday free. Economic impact way more than 5 dollars a head.

Shaq was a beast. However, how many years does it take to learn how to make a free throw?
Physical size made him great.. Just like I am great when I put my basketball goal down to 7ft.
NBA should raise the rim.. to 12 ft. Make it a game of skill again.

For Bama that is a horrible score. However, we are a championship team year in and out. W/L dont really matter in gymnastics. Its all about how you score. You can lose in gymnastics and still move up in the rankings. Not to...

Hopson is a difference maker. UT is the best team in the SEC. UT is feeling good now. Alabama is still fighting for respect. I like the way this game sets up.
Bama is playing good basketball. Defense wins.
Next game vs VU... Not so sure.. but 1-1 on this trip is a must.

UT on short rest, without top scorer, will be the difference.

Probably Bruce Pearl is out now. The university will need to show they are committed to clean athletic programs.
Slap on the wrist for football, but a cloud hanging over the program until its settled. Negative publicity will hurt worse than any sanctions.
Kiffen was the worst hire for UT. ...
