I once worked for a brilliant man who owned a large American company. One of the rules he gave me as a division manager was to never hire a person for less than they were previously paid. Arkansas violated that rule in hiring John Calipari. No matter how much the new hire swears they are satisfied...

If the article isn’t published by tonight or tomorrow morning (game day) there is reason to wonder if the Mulkey pre-emptive statement may have caused the Post to further vet the article for legal concerns. If LSU were to lose tomorrow the article will not have nearly the impact it would in advance...
