If you’re in Pagosa for breakfast, highly recommend Chavolos Taqueria. Just a storefront in a small strip center, but it is great. Salsas are good too. ...

We stayed overnight this summer and ate at Smugglers Union Brewery. Food was great. But I like bar food with cold beer. The donut place was good too (Baked in Telluride)....
