Aidoo does some really good things, particularly against smaller teams and especially finesse teams.
However you play against a physical big that can score on the block, he’s unplayable....

Alabama will get lots of preseason hype and should be the favorite heading into next season.
Auburn will be really good, especially if Broome is back.
Kentucky… Gotta see who if anybody comes back. If they can get Sheppard and another guy or two back, they are a tournament lock.

I feel like Lunardi is off on several fronts this year. I just don’t see how Auburn will get that high with what will be 3 Q1 wins if they win tomorrow. 1’s, 2’s and 3’s are pretty locked in my mind.
1’s in order- Houston, Purdue, UCONN, UNC
2’s in order- Tennessee, Iowa St, Arizona, Marquette...

The SEC is pretty good overall. Tennessee is a confide top 5/6 team. Teams 2-6 are all very solid however other than Kentuckys win over UNC, they haven’t shown they can beat the big boys. Lack of Q1 wins among that group has me thinking most of them are done in round of 32....

For those that remember the team ratings in NCAA football, it rated the teams on a letter scale, A+,A,A -, etc for both offense/defense and overall.
I’m bored so I took a stab at the ratings for each team heading into next year.

I like Auburn. I think I would give them the edge to win the SEC regular season, in large part due to their SEC schedule. Get Tennessee and Kentucky only once, Vandy twice and it breaks up nicely. Not a lot of good teams stacked in a row.
They are definitely the most balanced team in the SEC so ...
