It’s already the biggest , most prestigious rivalry in existence…maybe Michigan O State next, so nothing will change in that regard. ...

re: Latest odds to win the CFP

Michigan facing Ohio State will cancel out one or the other ...
Texas beating Alabama should’ve ended that rather abruptly...
I'm glad to have gotten the win of course, but Texas impressed the HELL out of me. That massive D line and receivers that look like a different breed of cat...not just tall but solid, rangey...like they stepped right out of the NFL , which is where they'll be headed. And the RB is not a huge drop-of...

If aliens land tomorrow , they’ll need to wait for the conclusion of this game. It’s that big. We can go 1-10, as long as that 1 is against Texass. There is no bigger event anywhere, ever. ALL that matters, is beat Texass. ...

re: spencer Rattler got benched!!!

He's a very talented thrower. I can tell you that first hand. He kind of got in a funk or something at OU. Didn't play as well as he did last year but his arm talent is undeniable....
The question is, will LSU be significantly more competitive with BK versus Orgeron. Probably....

re: Riley getting dunked on already
Sounds like sour grapes. Your coach took a better position with more resources. USC is far more capable of being what Riley is describing than Norman, Oklahoma.
SC as it is now is not a 'better position' ,resources notwithstanding. Riley may make it that over time. But they've bee...

After intially being shocked, dismayed and a bit angry, I now don't really mind him leaving per se. If he feels it's best for him and his family, OK...he's a GREAT offensive minded coach. But the WAY he did it...all last second without giving the school, even the athletic director any advance notice...

re: OU. If history holds…

Meh. The SEC is top heavy. We’ve been competitive in most games , even losses , other then LSU when they had their once in a generation QB and have since slunk back to mediocrity. And OU is a one of only a handful of blue blood programs. Plus, we’ve got Castiglione calling the shots.. We’ll be ju...

C’mon Joe, make it happen. Then get some hotshot OC guy to run the offense....

OU. If history holds…

Posted by SoonerWin on 11/29/21 at 12:34 pm
We’ve been jilted before, Kevin Durant bailing but it still sucks. However, why I’m not too concerned is because our decision maker is athletic director Joe Castiglione. He’s two for two on OU head football coach hires. We’ll be fine in the long run....
Last time LSU played OU we put up 49 points in the first half. That sets up a difficult precedent. Now we have to put up 56 the next time we play.
every team is entitled to that 'once in a lifetime' season...pretty sure yours came and went...
I don’t like this newfound OU-Texas bromance one bit.
trust us, it's temporary...
