Imagine Hurts starting this year-- he'd have a few hiccups, sure, but the rest of the team is good enough to mask it-- and then being the starter his junior year. He's an absolute stud. ...

I hope he is. I still think Bateman wins the job, solely due to his experience. Hurts clearly has been the best, but I think he needs to be far and away the best to win the starting job. ...

The fact is, Hurts has definitely been the best QB on the roster thus far. He'll need to be far and away the best to get the job this year, I think, which is definitely a possibility. Hurts is special....

Dak is looking like a future starter. Always liked him at Miss State, glad to see him keep it up in the pros, albeit in the preseason....
