I think it's good to keep shawn on staff, he is a gamecock fan and wants to see the team succeed more than as just a coach. Hopefully he will learn a lot for the new staff about recruiting and will be able to grow as a coach. I'm sure he is ready to learn....

This isn't that difficult, ugay isn't keeping Pruitt so just hire Riley and make Pruitt the highest paid dc in the nation, Pruitt's contacts can aid in assembling a staff that will be highly successful recruiting in the southeast. I really hope this has crossed ray's mind....

Imo it will be boom or Pruitt with Shane coming back in some capacity. Either way there should be solid recruiting and a stout defense ahead. Our 3 best years in school history were predicated on defense. If we can hire an offensive coordinator worth a crap we should do just fine....
