Tennessee actually feels like they are an elite program (clearly are not). Arkansas knows they are an average program.
That being said with the price Bert is paid Arkansas has a lower return on investment especially with that buy out...

Arkansas since being in the SEC has been a bottom tier program who is expected to lose so its hard to see that loss as improbable.
