I was going to provide a thoughtful answer until I saw this...which is correct. Nebraska, Tennessee and Arkansas are never going to be more than eight win programs again. Eight wins may be generous for Nebraska.

More of an anecdote, but worth sharing.
I went to grad school at Texas, and the 2015 (and maybe 2016) recruiting class had several Dodge Challengers and Dodge Chargers. If I remember correctly, three of each. My parking garage pass was for the Brazos garage which was right by the Jester residence...

Well, according to the US News rankings (which I don't actually put too much stock in), UGA is tied for 62 and A&M is tied for 68. Not much variance. A&M also has AAU status, UGA does not. UGA is a good school, but to "lol" b/c UGA is significantly better that A&M deserves an "lol." ...
