Not as long as the only offensive play is pick and roll and shoot the 3. No chance at follow up shots, greater chance at missing. Why have big men if the 3 pointer is the majority of the play calling? Just have 5 shooting guards....

Anyone would almost be better than Chavis. If Steele does not make idiotic calls, like, playing not to loose- he should be fine....
It's coaching. Just look at Tennessee; they have smaller players. Although talented; they beat LSU big. Their coach had them ready to play the other night. JJ did not have his team ready. JJ should have his team ready to play every game....

This team's best offense is pick and roll at the top of the key....shoot the 3. With no second chance opportunities and no use of the big men under the basket....

I agree. The LSU way seems to be: have talent with poor coaching....with the exception of gymnastics....

The difference between pick, roll and shoot 3's versus feeding the big men....
LSU is a gymnastics school
If LSU football played better would we talking about gymnastics?...
It'd be like football: "it's better to be in any bowl than no bowl." Anything less than the NCAA would be a disappointment....
We don't have an offense, we play streetball. It's pathetic, I can't imagine what they do in practice.
This!...
Is the motto for basketball now "pick and roll at the top of the key...shoot the 3?" Why don't teams feed their big men, let them back down and dominate their respective player more often? With the exception of Kentucky, I don't see very many other teams do this. ...
Have you heard about our team for NEXT YEAR bro!?!?[/quote This is the same she-ite the pumpers say every year! :banghead:...
Same here. My daughter watches, but he is annoying. He seems harmless. Thanks, ya'll for giving your thoughts....

The Tigers did beat Ole Miss and gave KY a run for their money. It sucks to be Ole Miss to be beaten by LSU in football and on the court. Butt Hurt!...

why can't the tigers get great big men? 6'8/6'10 vs 7'3/6'11 was the difference last night....
I'll watch and listen on the radio then. I don't want to hear snide remarks about the Tigers....
Looking at the Brasil picture may make it easier. :geauxtigers:...
