That’s fine. I spent 20 minutes discussing the cover with the salesperson when I did the test drive. I also did the test drive with the Goodyear tires on. If you think all new tires are the same then you do you.

To make matters worse they showed me the date of the work order when they replaced the tires, 3/24/24.
I said that’s impossible, I test drove it a week ago on 4/27.
Serious frickery....

UPDATE: CROWN Buick GMC in Metairie. They acted like they didn’t do anything wrong and the only course of correction was to put a bed cover on and they seems put off by that request. Have a look at the pics from the ad on their site and the pics we took after we left today. Mind you the paperwork an...

Went from Goodyear all terrain tires to new no name regular tires. Very noticable difference....

Pretty sure it was a wheel swap out but the rims are the standard. Same flip cover.
I was so pissed and raised hell.
I’ll follow up tomorrow with the details after I visit this evening. I know ol Baws are on here lurking....

GMC Sierra 1500 AT4
Test drove it last week, and I decided to buy it.
Long story short, when they presented the truck to me, the tires were swapped out and the bed cover had been removed.
The dealership acted surprised and “we will make it right” was the catch phrase of the day.
Is this a walk ...
