close game going into the 4th- 36-34 last night and the better team just pulled away much like how Auburn broke open a 45-42 scoreline in the 4th to coast to a 17 point victory much like Bama coasted last night. ...

Each played three of those at home and two on the road. Both teams went 5-0 in these games.
Mizzou scored 165 points, giving up 79- winning margin 17.2 points.

The goal of the BCS is to place the two best teams in the Championship game. If Mizzou walked into the NCG and won their first ever National Championship it would only reflect well on the SEC, if Auburn did the same things it would just be SEC fatigue for the rest of the country....
