sabban had nothing to do with it. coaches have been on the carousel since before he got there. It all comes down to coaching and there is not a single one (outside sabban) that anyone would be excited to hire. sabban has nothing to do with Gus not being able to kick the mississippi school's azz.

I get the argument. Why are so many coaches coming and going? Because none are competing with Alabama. Coaches at schools like Auburn, Tennessee, and LSU have to beat Alabama from time to time to keep their jobs. That is not happening.

Actually, he's right. Name the second-best team in the SEC right now. Name the second-best head coach in the SEC right now. In either case, you'll get a team or coach with a boat load of flaws.

Don't get the MSU can't get players thinking... They did beat LSU out on Leo Lewis, Jamal Peters, and Willie Gay.... If we were honest, we'd swap a few of our linemen with them. It is not as if they are unable to get some talent...

He's right. It was all done by design and he is part of it. They inadvertently destroyed their cash cow by promoting one school over every other with the exception of UF and Auburn, and now it is coming home to roost. Sorry Paaaawwwwwllll
