When he first committed there was a decent thread on him - but it was determined (as far as I could find) that this kid is the fastest High-school recruit LSU has ever landed.
Yes- faster than X and Trindon were in high school.
The question is if he will be swept away by a very promising track...

Yeah - I just looked up Richard Thompson to compare it - If the reported 10.27 is accurate for Watkins, it is crazy. Richard Tompson's fastest time in high school before coming to LSU was 10.55. :scared:

Holiday's best time in the 100m in High-school was 10.43... this kid is faster as a
junior... he will go sub 10 sec after a few years of training at LSU.
Also, is this the fastest 100m ever for a high school kid coming to LSU?

So with that rule - and looking at the current LSU and FSU 2023 schedule, there is no way either team can schedule a week zero game without changing opponents... And to change opponents at this point is highly unlikely.
So why are there so many folks posting about hoping FSU doesn't schedule anot...

Of course - based on the stats, QB1 had the better season. Now I am pretty sure that is not from TB's first season as an LSU Tiger.... . :lol:
