...from the worst loss in program history (topping a 49-0 defeat to Florida in 1973 and 59-10 loss to Clemson in 2018).

As a Georgia fan who grew up in the '90s when there were just as many FSU fans in my school than Georgia fans, frick EM!

You from south ga? Or was the bandwagon that insane?
I remember my dad talking about how good they were in the early 90s but I was a first grader who did not care yet.

^^^ Athens actually, Clarke Middle School. The only kids who wore Georgia shirts to school were the 8th generation Clarke County hillbilly kids because the shirts were all over KMart and Walmart and their momma got them for a really good price.

It was awufl.

Went to college in tifton. There was a ton of fsu fans down there but we weren’t far from Tallahassee . I almost did my sports turf internship at Doak. Wound up getting in with the Braves groundcrew though.

Yeah, FSU was king back then.

Georgia fans could just dream of having a football program that we are currently living out in real time.

It's amazing, and I'm enjoying every second of it.

Two years in a row where we have set the all-time record for blowing out an opponent in a bowl game. And it just happened to be the National Championship and the Orange Bowl.

Life is good. Really, really good.

Largest margin of victory in the history of bowl games. Prior record was ...last year vs TCU.

South Georgia was rough because of Goff.

Stupid Bama caught us on a bad night with a large number of walking wounded. I think they still one the one time out of 10 if we played them 10 times.

I hope those pricks lose tomorrow.

Michigan = yankee cheater pricks.
Most rational bama fans have shown us respect this year after they beat us. They might be pricks but RMFT for tomorrow.

Why? Alabama isn't positive in any way for UGA football.

I in no way shape or form want Bama to win. A loss to MI would be the most humiliating. Harbaugh’s a prick too so I guess I’m pulling for WA or TX.

FSU Fans : "This game didn't matter everyone sat out"

6-8 months from now Kirby in a recruit's living room
"Coach I'm considering you and FSU"
Kirby "Oh that school we beat by 60? I'm sure you'll make the right choice"

You’re a weird little dude.
I actually have a world outside the internet with real people and not just online friends that I talk to in my parents basement like you do.
Go ahead and pull for that northern team with the weird coach that blatantly cheats. You’re pretty strange so Harbaugh seems like your kinda guy.

My best season ending for 2023 was for UGA to beat MI in the playoffs because that would end Harbaugh. I can’t stand the man.

But that’s not a path now. I do not want Bama to win and I don’t want MI to win. One of them has to win the first game. The best outcome I can hope for is WA or TX to win the whole thing. I’d rather MI lose to Bama as Harbaugh has focused so much on beating the SEC. It’s all very rational.

Yeah…that’s an emotional take but that’s where I am.

Seeing the Rose Bowl field painted up this morning already was a buzzkill. Oh well. Still a great season. Can't win every national championship.

I hate Michigan more than I hate bama. I have hated Michigan since I was a child. I hate Harbaugh. I would love to see bama beat them and then lose to Washington. I also hate Texas. Their fans are insufferable. I do not want them in this conference and I definitely don’t want them coming in off a national championship beating one of our best teams twice in one year. I want bama Washington in the natty and then maybe Washington to win.

I've enjoyed how FSU fans have tried to write this loss off.

They can talk about not having their opt outs all they want, but the audacity of that program to think that they were above the Orange Bowl...

They got snubbed, but they've been living in the CFB cellar since Jameis left for the NFL. This was an opportunity to showcase how good they were and try to get one over on the back to back national champs. They could make a statement and go out on their own terms, but instead took their ball and went home with tears in their eyes.

The program who has spent the last 3 years ruling CFB with an iron fist was invested enough in the Orange Bowl to bring most of our players, but a program who has spent nearly a decade in the cellar is too good and has everyone but the water boys opt out? Lol, ok.

My only regret is we didn't hit 70.
