They are still passed out in the cow fields.

I think they're used to it. As confident as they come across online, they know they're a 2nd-tier SEC school. Nothing wrong with it, just reality.

I love how you make it sound like a really good sandwich and I'm hungry.

Over on 247, they're arguing about their players, especially Fitz (see link) & their interior offensive linemen & corners.

Fitz is an athlete not a QB; he should be a WR, blahblahblah...

I was hoping to find them throwing Grantham under the bus, but not so much.

Their fans were pretty chill. Almost like they expected a beat down. I think it's just the ones who hide behind computers who were spouting off.

I do think they were impressed by the team and the atmosphere. It was one of the louder games I've ever been to. Maybe loudest for 4 qtrs.

Had 2 of their fans a couple of rows in front of me. They got up and left at the beginning of the 2nd qtr. Very quiet folks but couldn't understand them leaving that early.

Honestly, I've got acquaintances who are State fans but live(d) here in Georgia and they're pretty salty folks about Georgia most of the time... Went to the game and then complained about the "experience"... no overly negative things happened or anything, so they just tried to say the environment was "meh." I'd say the environment was pretty sweet if you're a UGA fan last night. If not, thanks for your patronage... we'll put those funds towards future stadium improvements.

Their board on this site is deader than Vandy, so who knows what they're up to.
