As to IT comment about closet porn I would like to give you a brief story as a welcome gift that relates.
I presume you are familiar with Athens. In 95, I rented the house on the cobblestoned Finley Street right beside the Tree that owns itself. Place had all kinds of issues. One day, our bathtub pipes busted and flooded out the rental unit in the basement. The owner sent out a plumber that day.
My roommate came home and walked into his bedroom where the plumber was beating off in his closet. Plumber ran out pulling his pants up and out the door. Left his tools. Owner apologized and gave us free rent for a month. I was happy with that outcome.
