Doing some ribs on a propane grill. Might frick around and self sanction a rib competition and win it fair and square later.

Not grilling today. Just picked up wings from Zaxby’s. It’s buy one get one free wings today to celebrate college football opening weekend if you buy through the Zaxby’s app. Quite a bargain

Those look really good.

When you hang the ribs like that, do the bottoms get more “done” than the top. Seems like they’d cook a lot faster and at a higher temp.

When I am prepping I put hooks at both ends and flip them from hook to hook every 45ish minutes so both ends cook evenly. Before I started doing that and left them hanging on one side the end might get a little charred but it was good to slice off and taste test. Butter only when I wrap.
