Our last home loss to them was 10 years ago to the day, October 14, 2006.
Damn I remember that one well.

the last time they beat us:
-we were without our 1st string RB injured a few weeks prior
-we were without our 2nd string RB injured 2 weeks before
-we were without our best WR, injured in game 1
-we were without our 2nd string WR, injured 2 weeks prior
-our punter was concussed 2 weeks prior
-we were coming off a demoralizing home loss
-we were on the road
-we suffered 2 absolutely indescribably bad 15 yard penalties (1 leading to an ejection of one of our better DL).
None of those are true for tomorrow, and I really hope the last one doesnt' come true either.
I think we got this.

That targeting penalty cost us the game, IMO.

Wasn't there a penalty on us on a 4th down where they were punting the ball. Like the penalty was that our LB acted like he was going to blitz before the snap. Seriously it was something like that, and every team does it but of course UGA is probably the only team that gets called for it.
Anyone else know what play I'm talking about, and if it did happen in this game vs Vandy when we last lost to them?

That was ut 13. I started a thread a while back trying to remember the play and someone chimed in with the answer

One year there was a leaping penalty against Vandy or TN. 13 was a Stomping penalty on the punt blitz, IIRC

Which crew was that?I'm thinking Hubert and the boys
As usual,they had another horrible game last week.Bad calls
on both sides.
