That's probably the most accurate, but there are advantages and disadvantages to both. For instance...one of those years we beat a GT team ranked #23. That put them out of the rankings, I would guess. Had they beaten us, people would be saying we couldn't beat a ranked team. Just makes a fine line between ranked and unranked, particularly when they were ranked until the last games.

On the other hand, we have all seen teams that started off ranked in the top 10-15...then lost 6 games and lost their ranking. They probably never deserved their ranking.
