shite got scary in Athens this morning...had to be 40+ mph winds. lot of trees down, but hardly any rain yet. a tree fell on the georgia center, too, but it is unknown if anyone heard it.

In athens, i passed a railroad crossing arm that was bent over from the wind this morning. Also, my driveway gate was blown shut, we have a big granite block used as a doorstop thingy, and it dragged it across the driveway. Also, one pepper plant was snapped at the base.
