TOR:CON 9s all over north Alabama/Mississippi and south Tennessee through the night. That's a 90% chance of tornadoes.

Unfortunately, it's looking like this is going to be historic. Tornado Warnings in 7 different states right now.

We're probably going to wake up to a lot of sad stories tomorrow.......

That's fricking insane. Good news is the storms that flared up down towards Newnan have weakened quite a bit. Hope all the DGD's and the others people that post here stay safe

I actually work in newnan and called in sick today, which I actually am.

Was living in college park at one time(circa 2000) when a very small but powerful tornado hit the house I was in. The air gets super thick and then the house was shaking like well a tornado would cause it to. Tree top smashed my car like you see on those tv shows. Another tree top smashed in the room which has a bathroom next to mine where I was sleeping. Coulda been taking a dump and died that way...

Moral of story is stay safe.

Lot of family in/around Birmingham. All made it through safe. One friend was driving just ahead of a tornado coming through Gardendale trying to get home.

Now on to GA--Stay safe!
